Chi Alpha Campus Ministry

The name Chi Alpha comes from the Greek christou apostoloi meaning

"Christ's sent ones," represented by the letters XA.

Chi Alpha exists to reconcile students to Jesus Christ and to walk with them

through some of their most difficult  and defining years.

Chi Alpha Services

You will experience great live music in a worshipful atmosphere that will bring peace to a hectic schedule.

Chi Alpha campus pastors, Tim and Connie Black, offer years of life experience mixed with a love for young adults. Come see for yourself and be a part of our Chi Alpha family.

More than a church service?

Chi Alpha is a church service on campus, but it is so much more!  Chi Alpha is a community of Christian students who share life together.  As a group, XA students enjoy a weekend away every October at Breakaway in Sparks, OK. We take Mystery Road Trips where only the driver knows where we are going!  We have guest speakers and nights dedicated just to worship. We eat together, worship together, and play together.  Find us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram at USAO Chi Alpha.

Chi Alpha Breakaway

Every fall, in October, Chi Alpha groups from Oklahoma campuses meet at Sparks Campground near Shawnee.  Powerful worship services, dynamic speakers and relaxing recreation are all a part of this awesome weekend getaway.  The cost is $80 plus the cost of lunch on the way home, concessions, and merch.   This year's retreat is October 6th-8th.
